Dominican Vascular Surgeon Dr. Nelson Encarnación Presents at International Surgery Congress in South Africa

Dr. Nelson Encarnación, Secretary of the Dominican College of Surgeons, represented the Dominican Republic as an international speaker at the VIVAC 2026 (Interactive Vascular Course) held July 17-19 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The vascular surgeon was invited by the South African Society of Vascular Surgery to share his expertise with the international medical community.
