Medical Guilds Reject Unilateral Work Schedule Changes by National Health Service

The Dominican Medical College (CMD) and Dominican College of Bioanalysts (CODOBIO) have formally rejected unilateral work schedule modifications imposed by the National Health Service (SNS). Both professional organizations argue that these changes violate acquired labor rights and existing agreements between the institution and healthcare workers. The guilds have requested the SNS rescind all unilateral modifications to work shifts. This labor dispute directly impacts healthcare delivery and patient care quality, as healthcare professionals are essential to maintaining adequate medical services and public health infrastructure.
