Road Repaving Project Begins on PR-391 in Peñuelas

The Puerto Rico Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP) has begun repaving PR-391 in Peñuelas with an investment of $1,110,282.75. This project is part of a larger $94 million state funding allocation dedicated to road improvements across the island. Better road conditions can enhance emergency response times and improve access to healthcare facilities for residents. Improved infrastructure supports public health by facilitating faster transportation of patients to medical centers and enabling healthcare workers to reach communities more efficiently.
