Scientists find a weak spot in one of the deadliest brain cancers

By blocking a protein called SET, scientists prevented tumor formation in preclinical models and made cancer cells more vulnerable to radiation therapy. The approach works by restoring activity of PP2A, an enzyme that glioblastoma cells suppress to evade treatment.
