Study Reveals Progress and Challenges in Technology Adoption Among Latin American Physicians

Initial findings from a comprehensive study on technology adoption habits among Latin American physicians were presented at EPISTHEME, the Annual Meeting of Epistemic Communities, by Dr. Santiago March, Director of New Technologies at the Mexican Foundation for Health (FunSalud). The research, titled "The Digital Physician," examines how healthcare professionals across the region are integrating digital tools and innovations into their clinical practices. The study highlights both significant advances in technology implementation and persistent obstacles that healthcare systems continue to face.
