Trial Shows Risvutatug Rezetecan Significantly Improves Survival in Relapsed Small-Cell Lung Cancer

The Phase III ARTEMIS-008 trial demonstrates that risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez), a B7-H3-directed antibody-drug conjugate, significantly improves overall survival compared with topotecan in patients with relapsed small-cell lung cancer whose disease progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy. Small-cell lung cancer is an aggressive form of the disease that accounts for about 15% of all lung cancers. The findings were presented at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer and represent an important therapeutic advance for patients with limited treatment options. This novel drug offers new hope for patients whose cancer has recurred following standard chemotherapy treatment.
