Extended-Interval Tarlatamab Dosing Shows Consistent Safety and Efficacy in Small Cell Lung Cancer

New research from the Phase II DeLLphi-309 study demonstrates that extended-interval dosing of tarlatamab maintains consistent efficacy and safety profiles compared to the standard every-two-week treatment schedule for patients with previously treated small cell lung cancer. The findings, presented at the 2026 International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer World Conference, show comparable pharmacokinetic results across different dosing intervals.
